A downloadable sprite pack

Loud, brash and outgoing, cheerful Yang Ertian loves running around and causing trouble. Although he's tough, he's surprisingly weak to small and cute things.

Let's make more xianxia, wuxia and xuanhuan-styled BL visual novels!

Bright and colourful, this sprite series comes with multiple expressions to suit your basic visual novel needs.

Use and name them to your taste!

The format is in transparent PNG and it can be layered over other things as well, such as game covers and splash pages. It is also fully compatible with other sets, such as the Murong Yi and Yuan Sanshan character sprite sets, as well as the Maple Inn background set.

There are also different outfit series to choose from. More outfits might be added in the future in new packs. The character's dimensions are 700 pixels tall.

You may alter the image after downloading them as you like. Please refer to the images at the sidebar to see which outfit series are available.

This is a non-commercial project. Please feel free to link back so that other developers can enjoy it too! Cheers~

Install instructions

1. Download the file to your drive.

2. Files are in ZIP format and require extraction. Once extracted, you will find several PNG images. Some of these packs contain over 50 images.

3. They're ready for immediate use. Copy them to your Ren'Py game's game\images directory.

4. If you like, you may edit them freely.

For Twine:

1. Download the pack and extract it.

2. In your Twine game folder, copy them to the \images folder.

3. They can be used with an <img src> tag in your index.html file.

Bear in mind that these images won't be visible when you preview your game in the editor's browser. They'll only appear when you test run it locally with your \images folder in the same directory.

4. When uploading your game to itch.io, make sure the images are in the zip folder too.
